I was pleased with the overall cleanliness and the basic comforts that let us sleep. However, I paid a $100 cash deposit and never learned that I had to leave after 9 am to get it back. I checked out at 6 am, spoke with a representative who said nothing could be done, and now I’m stuck unless I drive 7 hours to retrieve it.

Check‑in and check‑out were easy. Hot water, a mini fridge, and a microwave were available. The bed was a bit uncomfortable; it lacked thickness and felt shallow. The fridge and the AC made noise at night while running, and the traffic outside added a bit of noise.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, the noise from the street made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The staff, however, were absolute gems - so friendly and helpful, it really made up for the noise. They were always smiling and willing to lend a hand, whether it was recommending a good restaurant or helping with a problem. The room itself was small but clean and comfortable, and the bed was surprisingly good, considering the hotel's age.

The listing didn’t state that a cash deposit was required; they demanded a hundred dollars in cash. I had already paid almost a hundred dollars for the room, which is ridiculous, and it should have been included in the price. I never got my room, and I’m not happy. According to the fine print, because I didn’t cancel two days before, I lose my money, so I’m out a hundred bucks and expected to be satisfied. Are you kidding me?
