The hotel features air-conditioned rooms with private bathrooms, city views, and kitchenettes, as well as a bar, free WiFi, and concierge service. Nearby attractions include Kiyomizu-dera Temple, Kyoto International Manga Museum, and Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine, all within a 4.2-kilometer radius.

The hotel had large rooms that were perfect for a family of four, and the nightly movies and extensive library were a lot of fun. The beds were good and the staff were very friendly. However, when we checked in, three of the four beds had hair on them—two with short hairs and one with long hair. The room overall was dusty and needed a wipe‑down. The club’s coffee/tea machine was broken quite a bit.

The location and staff were great. The only downside was that it was relatively expensive.

The hotel’s location was good, close to Kyoto Station. The snacks in the lounge all seemed stale, as if they had been sitting in their containers for a long time.

The room was very spacious and clean, and it was convenient for shopping and other activities because it was close to the station. The only negative was that there was no hair iron available.

The suite was spacious with a great modern design, very comfortable and ideal for long stays. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Complimentary snacks and beverages were available 24/7. The location was very good, just a 10‑minute walk to Kyoto Station. The laundry machines, however, need an upgrade.
