“Value for money and will re-visit again”
The hotel sits in a great spot with easy access to main roads and highways, though the breakfast selection was a bit limited.
“Our prepaid reservation was not honored, and we were left outside with my daughter at 10 pm”
I can’t say much about the stay because we never checked in, even though our reservation was confirmed and prepaid. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful; they couldn’t locate our reservation, made us wait a long time, and then told us to leave. The issue was never resolved, the reservation was simply canceled, and my daughter and I were left outside around 10 pm—a completely unacceptable and upsetting experience.
The gym and bath were great, but the cleanliness was only kind.

I loved the location and the friendly staff, and the hotel was very quiet. The refrigerator didn’t work properly and its placement was impractical due to poor ventilation. Very young kids were allowed in the hot tub. These inconveniences don’t stop me from returning.
