We spent a pleasant week at a clean hotel with staff always ready to meet our needs. The restaurant offered impeccable cuisine, and the head waiter had a level above everyone else, smiling, friendly, knowledgeable about every aspect of the kitchen, dishes, ingredients, and wines—truly a pleasure to be served by her. The parking attendants were always kind and cheerful. The cleaning ladies were equally affable, kind, smiling, and thoughtful. A transfer to the beach is available for those with mobility issues and is always ready. The carpet in the corridors could use a touch-up, the elevators need reevaluation—one got stuck and stayed that way until the next day without a night attendant.
