The lady who greeted us was absolutely delightful, even walking us to our room and unlocking it for us. She was warm and welcoming toward the kids and listened to every one of my son’s stories. The hotel’s central location, clean rooms and facilities made the stay wonderful, with no negatives at all.

We appreciated how clean everything was—the sheets, pillows, bed, and towels were all great, and the swimming pool was nice. The staff were lovely. However, the shower was positioned awkwardly, making it hard to shower. We chose to dine at the restaurant, where the food was lovely, but a tidy cleaner served at the table wearing the same clothes she had worn all day. The fire alarm wasn’t on the ceiling but on the empty unit, and black cords hung everywhere, with power points placed too far away.

Everything was fantastic, especially the staff. I just couldn’t stay longer.
