I paid online for three nights and was shocked to find cockroach droppings on the sheets when we checked in. The owner refused a refund, offering only a change of sheets or room, but we feared waking up to cockroaches, so we left and reported the issue. Customer service only reimbursed 500 THB out of the 2500 THB I paid. If you book online, expect no full refund if problems arise.
