The location is very good, the bathroom is fine, the staff is very friendly, dinner is very good, and it’s ideal for hiking. The room is clean. The value for money isn’t quite right; the continental breakfast is always the same ham, no variety; the beds are too short; there are too few places to hang clothes in the wardrobe; there is no safe.

Ash, Jennifer, their wonderful family, and staff made us feel very welcome. We preferred staying outside St Peter Port because it’s much more tranquil, and the 15‑minute drive into town wasn’t an issue. The pool was lovely and relaxing after a long day exploring. The views were beautiful. No complaints.

The location is good, but the property feels a bit old‑fashioned and the pool is only open after 11 am and closes before 6 pm.

The staff were welcoming and kind, the shower and bathroom were very clean, and the continental breakfast was extra. The outdoor pool was heated to 29 °C, which was amazing.
