“Really enjoyed our stay and the staff was great.”

Nice place with plenty to relax. The elevator made a little noise while moving. The carpet in the stairwells needs cleaning, as do the handrails. The pool floor needs work.

“Absolutely great unless ypu need staff for something”

Breakfast was awesome, and the pool was great. We waited 14 minutes for someone to verify our snack shop purchases, and three people behind the desk all made eye contact with me. I paid over 300 for a two‑night stay. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get our dinner at the pizza lounge.

“You still love this hotel, but will probably never stay again”

I was booked into a premium room with a pool view, but instead got a ground‑floor room that looked at a pool table. The window was on a walkway, so I had to keep the curtains closed to block the view. When I checked in, the front‑desk lady claimed I had no reservation even though I showed her my email and text confirmations; she said that didn’t matter. After she noticed someone had already checked me in and my keys were in front of her, she didn’t apologize and handed me the keys, then called me back to re‑submit my credit card and driver’s licence, still without an apology, especially after I mentioned the room issue. We stay here twice a year and have always liked it, but now I doubt I’ll return.

“My friend and I had a wonderful time. We were supposed to do things outside the hotel, but ended up chilling in this hot”

The location is great and everything is within walking distance. The highlight is the pizza bar – the food is good and reasonably priced, so you don’t need to leave the hotel for a decent meal. I’d give it a 10/10 and recommend it. The elevator was a bit unnerving; it worked fine but made a lot of noise, which didn’t help since I’m already nervous about elevators.
