“Beautiful hotel with the kindest staff”

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful stay; Ilayda and everyone else were gracious and accommodating, responding quickly on WhatsApp whenever we needed something. The property is scenic and charming, and we could see the balloons from our balcony and the terrace in the mornings. A short walk takes you to restaurants and shops, and the hotel arranged a Turkish bath appointment and transport about 15 minutes away. We also relaxed by the hotel pool in our downtime, and breakfast offered a good selection. Highly recommend!

Everything was absolutely wonderful: the room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless; the food was excellent, and breakfast was simply fantastic with a wide variety of delicious options. Service was outstanding—staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. It truly exceeded all our expectations, and we’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a beautiful place with exceptional service and a warm atmosphere.

“Perfect place in a perfect location”

The location and the staff’s service, especially receptionist Arif, were excellent. The internet didn’t work properly despite the staff’s efforts.

“Fabulous 4 nights ballon chasing in Goreme, within the beautiful Cappodicia landscape”

Excellent location in Goreme, the balloons flew over every morning and dipped down into the valley of Goreme so we saw them very close up Great hotel, excellent room with our own sauna following an upgrade that was greatly appreciated Breakfast was fabulous with massive amount of choice - ideally it would have been a little earlier as there an hour or so to wait around after balloons had gone as we were up so early but still very good and hotel arranged some activities for us whilst we were there which all ran smoothly Staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble - young lad on reception on our last evening had a long conversation with my husband about football and then the differences in our languages which was so refreshing for such a young guy, a real asset to the hotel Book this hotel if you intend to stay in Goreme - young guy will not regret it.
