The room was big and spotless, breakfast was fantastic, staff were friendly, all perfect.

The accommodation is really close to Ortigia Island, comfy and tidy. I never saw any staff except the cleaners, but there was always direct communication. If you drive, there’s free parking right nearby.

The location is strategic and the staff are friendly. The room was very dark because of its orientation and the few lights available, some of which didn’t work.

The reception was very well organized to guide tourists: they sent a map of the hotel’s location, offered a parking spot for a car, and the arrival at the hotel was handled very well. The hotel is in a great location, we walked everywhere. Breakfast was excellent. We found the bedding a bit hard.
