The location was good, but from the start the hospitality was poor: the staff never gave us toiletries or towels, there was no water cooler, the room was infested with spiders that we had to remove, and at checkout the staff blamed us for not asking for towels and toiletries, which is absurd because those should have been provided automatically; overall it was an uncomfortable stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful, even when I checked in late. The room itself was small but spotless, with a comfy bed and everything I needed. The only downside was the lack of a full breakfast option, but there are plenty of cafes nearby to grab a bite.
