Everything was excellent, especially the great value you get for the price.

I appreciated the location near downtown, but the beds were filthy with human and dog nails, horrible stains, and roaches. I sprayed myself after the phone call, yet a roach crawled out from my son's bed that night, coming from his sheets up by his head. The bathrooms weren’t properly cleaned, with human hair and likely dog hair in the bathtub and shower. Even though they remodeled, the bugs were still obvious and not covered up.

Everything was great; the desk staff were very pleasant, the price was fantastic, it was a short drive to Saint Augustine, and I could walk to nearby restaurants. The room itself was really comfortable.

The proximity to the outlet mall was a plus, but the beds were infested with what looked like bed‑bug nymphs in the pillows and blankets. I don’t recommend staying here, especially near the interstate. Fortunately I got my money back, but I still advise against it.

The location was excellent, the place was nice and quiet, and Imran, the manager, was very friendly and runs the complex well. It was clean and perfect for a quick stop while traveling—no complaints, great value.
