The place, its tranquility, the view, the small structure, the size of the accommodation for two, the parking, the team, the cats and crickets :) The mattress was a bit hard, but with two duvets the issue was resolved.

The location is wonderful, but the room lacked natural light, the beds were uncomfortable, the common area was cleaned after we left while the room itself was never cleaned even once. Only one of the three beds had a mattress protector. The kitchen had almost no supplies, not even a little paper towel or kitchen paper.
We had booked a room and paid, but when we arrived the staff told us the room was unavailable despite the payment. I asked twice who would stay with us and the answer was no availability, I would cancel on booking and get a refund. I got upset and demanded a solution, the lady got upset and refused to continue the conversation, claiming I lacked "humanity" as she said. After two phone calls, she found a low‑quality room (my relatives stayed there and cleaned it themselves). With booking’s help we booked something much better at the same price as Arsinoe. Fortunately we managed to calm down before the wedding we were going to attend, which was caused by the chaos.
