The location was fab, just a few minutes’ walk from Charles Bridge. The reception staff were very helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. The only gripe was that the fridge didn’t work, but that was a minor issue overall.

The bedroom is huge and the bathroom is lovely and modern, and there’s a great wine bar on the ground floor. Most staff are friendly and helpful. The downside is that we were on the top floor, and the stairs are very steep and precarious to climb up and down.

Fantastic stay and exceptional service at Hotel Ikona! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Ikona in Prague. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by incredibly welcoming and helpful staff who provided truly great service. We had requested a specific room in advance, and everything was completely ready for us upon arrival—a fantastic detail that we really appreciated. The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was top-notch: truly delicious, fresh, and a great start to the day. An extra big plus goes to the reception team, who were extremely helpful with great local recommendations and useful advice for exploring Prague. Their tips made our trip even better! We cannot recommend Hotel Ikona highly enough and will definitely stay here again next time we visit Prague!

The staff here are phenomenal—outstanding care, service, attention to detail, and advice; probably the best I’ve seen in over 20 years of travel. Breakfast is wonderful, and the rooms are comfortable and very clean. The only downside is the noise from the wine bar and breakfast area on the main floor; rooms 11‑14 probably should have ear plugs for light sleepers.
