It was cheaper than most nearby hotels that include breakfast, and having breakfast on the 9th‑floor lounge while looking at Tokyo Skytree was pleasant, though the spread was limited to bread, jam, corn (onion) soup and coffee, and I would have liked at least a boiled egg.
The front desk staff were friendly, and even though cleaning a tatami room is tough, it was kept tidy.
I thought the place was clean. When an employee came down from the elevator, I greeted him but he ignored me.
No positives. The fireworks viewing on the roof required an extra paid package.

The room was clean and I liked the Japanese‑style layout, but it was disappointing that breakfast was just bread; if the room is marketed as a Japanese one, a rice dish would have been nice.
