Unfortunately, our stay was marred by some unpleasant experiences. The room was initially dirty, with a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, and it took the staff some time to clean it properly. I also fell ill after consuming a dessert made with poor-quality ice, which was a mistake on my part, but not exactly the hotel's fault either. On a positive note, the view from our room was stunning, and the staff were quick to address our concerns.

I was thoroughly impressed by the breathtaking view from my room, but unfortunately, there were a few areas that fell short of my expectations. The bathroom's water channels were a bit of a concern, and the extra bed felt too hard considering the price I paid. To top it off, the food at the restaurant was often served cold, which was disappointing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, which offered breathtaking views of the city of Palu. We appreciated the local touches, such as the live music and the traditional breakfast buffet, which was a nice change from the usual European-style breakfasts. While the hotel's location might be a bit far from the city center, the view alone made it worth the stay.

We were impressed by the quality of the food at the hotel's restaurant, which was delicious, clean, and well-presented. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which made our dining experience even more enjoyable. However, we did encounter some issues with the room, including dirty towels, a cockroach in the bathroom, and a shortage of slippers. Despite these minor issues, we would consider staying here again.
