I would like to express my serious dissatisfaction with the condition of the room and the level of housekeeping service provided during our stay. Upon arrival, the room was in an unacceptable condition. There was visible trash left inside the room, and the children’s bed was extremely dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned or prepared for new guests. This raised significant concerns regarding cleanliness and hygiene standards. In addition, despite leaving the room in the morning, housekeeping did not service or clean the room until late in the afternoon. This resulted in considerable inconvenience and disrupted our stay, as we were unable to return to a clean and properly maintained room for most of the day. The condition of the room and the delay in housekeeping fell well below the standards expected from a hotel of your reputation. I respectfully request that this matter be investigated and that appropriate action be taken. I would also appreciate a response regarding how the hotel intends to address these issues and prevent similar situations in the future
The hotel is decent and located centrally, right next to the souq.

It’s close to Al‑Mubarakiyah market and you can walk there; next to it there’s a café and a bakery. The lack of sound insulation between rooms means you can hear people in adjacent rooms, and the covers were somewhat in poor condition, torn, and the towels or sheets were also not in good shape.

The room was beautiful with a stunning view. The staff were super helpful and kind. Absolutely great.

The hotel is very good, located in the center. The front desk operates almost 24 hours, and we were checked in immediately. Payment was made by card in advance through Booking, so nothing was required on site. The staff speaks English very well and is always ready to help. I arrived from the airport by bus 21A. The room is very good and has everything: shampoo, soap, hot water, kettle, towels, fridge. Wi‑Fi is excellent and works in the room. The room is cleaned daily. There is an air conditioner. The windows cannot be opened, but the view from the window is nice. I didn’t go to breakfast, so I don’t know about that. Everything else was very pleasing. The only downside is that the windows cannot be opened.
