The spot is right next to the Mount Batur starting point, so it’s ideal if you’re planning a climb. The bed was very comfortable and the view was stunning. The hosts were very kind and the price you pay for it is great. The cleanliness could have been better.

The view was amazing, the place was quiet, private, roomy, and the beds were super comfy. The family running it were incredibly caring and lovely.

The family hosts were great! We stayed far from all the noise, which was a huge plus. I’d recommend it. Getting there isn’t easy on foot – you’ll need a motorbike or a car, but overall it’s a good place.

The place was incredible with unbeatable views, and the family was super friendly. The price/quality ratio was unbeatable. The bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. They were attentive to everything you might need, offering coffee or tea for free, and even gave us fruit one day. Everything was very clean. Getting around is a bit tricky, but you can reach the road in about 3 minutes on foot, and they’re always ready to help you get there (they did that for us). We’d love to come back! The only downside was that it got a bit cold; I’m used to a beach area, but it’s a mountain, so bring a jacket for the night.
