The layout was good, but the staff needed coaching, the customer service was unsatisfactory, and the tub had hair in it.

I loved how helpful the staff were and how having a kitchen made it feel like home, really helping us save money.

We travel a lot on weekends for our kids’ sports, and this was one of the best value hotels we’ve ever stayed at; the rooms were spacious and clean, the staff were very helpful, and they even offered items for check‑out like board games, jumper cables, or an umbrella in our case. I do wish there were a continental breakfast available, though.
