The stay was great; the staff were friendly and helpful throughout, the breakfast offered a good variety, the room was quiet and spacious enough for our family, and they even gave us extra Aqua water free when we asked. Everything else was fine, and I’d definitely consider coming back.

Everything was perfect – the facilities were excellent, the food was top‑class, and there were no complaints.

The place was clean and the staff were super helpful, but some rooms had key issues – the key always seemed to work regardless of whether we inserted it, and a phone in one room didn’t work at all. I wish there were a dedicated area for drivers to sleep and clean up; most guests likely arrive by car, so the hotel should offer a space with beds and washrooms for them.

There was nothing to praise. No toiletries or towels were provided, the room was just average, and it didn’t feel worth the price. You can find better rooms with more facilities in Mysuru.

Large rooms in the city centre, everything easily reachable, a good vegetarian restaurant on the roof – nothing to complain about.
