Checking in via door code sent through WhatsApp was smooth. The host, Claudio, was friendly and pleasant to talk to. The room facing the square was a bit noisy in the evening and early morning.

I love the central spot, but a mosquito kept bothering me even after I turned on the anti‑mosquito machine.

The room was very comfortable, very clean, and quiet. The location was ideal for exploring the city and close to the train station (just a 10‑minute walk with luggage). The common area was welcoming, offering water, tea, coffee, and small biscuits. Even without direct contact with a person, we received all useful information and quick answers to our questions. Nothing to add.

The location, the scent of the rooms, and the quiet, private setting were great, but the bathroom felt a bit uncomfortable and the shower needed better cleaning.

Everything was perfect: the building, the room with its lovely balcony, the calm spot in the historic centre, the quick WhatsApp contact, and the immaculate cleanliness made me feel at home; Claudio and Gianluca were very kind and their advice was invaluable—thanks a lot!
