“Well located at a good price”

The property is centrally located, rooms are well equipped, there’s off‑street parking, the rates are very reasonable, the host is friendly, and the common areas are nice. However, during my second visit the front‑door key wouldn’t work to let me out, which felt like being trapped. The shower in my room had an awkward glass layout, and there was no plug point for a kettle in that spot.

This wasn’t my first stay at Guesthouse Grace At The Bay, and again I had a wonderful experience. The hosts are always welcoming, kind, and helpful. The guesthouse is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well cared for, making it feel like a home away from home. I also appreciate the secure on‑site parking, which gives great peace of mind. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

I was greeted with a smooth check‑in, and the host had already given clear directions before I arrived. I could even drop off my trailer before the official check‑in time. The host was super friendly, and both the rooms and living areas were beautifully furnished. The property met every expectation we had, so I’ll definitely book another stay.
