The hotel’s location is very good, the cleanliness is also good, and the staff are very attentive and polite; we will definitely stay here again when we return to São Carlos. The street is a bit noisy.

The location was great, staff were helpful and attentive, the breakfast was well organized and efficient, and it matched the room rate, even surpassing expectations. The beds were new and the linens and towels were clean. The room I stayed in was missing a paint job, and that alone would have lifted the comfort level and satisfaction of the hotel. The bathroom floor was very unattractive.

The staff were wonderful, very attentive and friendly. The place is close to a market, restaurants, and almost directly across from the bus station, so I could walk to USP. The location is great, but because it sits across a very busy avenue, the noise is intense. The facilities are a bit old.
