Camp Danis

“Fantastic”

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cabin looked exactly like the photos—if anything, it was even better in person. It had everything we needed and the whole setting was lovely and peaceful. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. We had an issue with our car during our stay and they went out of their way to help us. They even drove me to pick up the car after it had been repaired, which we really appreciated. We felt very welcome and would definitely recommend this place. Nothing— we had a great stay.

“A bit unfulfilled potential”

The design was cool and fresh, and the place was in a solid spot. The kitchenware was dirty, Wi‑Fi and the water kept cutting out, and there was no table inside—just one outside, which was a bummer because it got chilly with dew and three clueless puppies trying to hop onto it for food. The toilet barely worked after a shower, and there was no towel to dry the floor; only half a roll of toilet paper for a two‑day, two‑person stay. Some curtains on the upper floor would have helped on bright mornings.

The cabins were brand new, smelling of fresh wood, and the mountain view gave a great vibe. The annex and bathroom had all the essentials. In the afternoon the cabin got warm, but there was air‑conditioning. During the trip we slept in several spots, but this cabin had the best sleep—top mattresses, pillows, cool nights, an open window with a screen, and crickets outside; nothing else was needed. The yard has a trampoline and a few toys for kids. Cats and a dog from the neighborhood visit, delighting the children.

The property was spotless and very tidy, and parking was a breeze. The kitchen could use a microwave to make it feel more complete.
