“A delightful experience”

The Norfolk feels like a genuine oasis in Nairobi’s heart. Even though it’s in a busy city, the hotel feels calm and secluded, centered around a beautiful courtyard and gardens that offer a welcome escape from the bustle outside. The facilities are excellent, especially the well‑maintained gym and pool. What really impressed me was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. It’s an elegant hotel with real character, exceptional hospitality, and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. I’d love to come back.

This historic hotel, dating back to 1904, has a unique charm and a magnificent garden filled with exotic flowers and beautiful trees, creating a peaceful oasis in the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, each with a lovely terrace. While the décor is not the most modern, it adds to the hotel’s authentic character. The fitness center is excellent, the breakfast is superb with a great selection, and the service is truly exceptional. A perfect choice for anyone looking for charm, comfort, and outstanding hospitality
