The hotel is huge and offers everything needed for a great vacation, with plenty of kids’ entertainment, multiple pools, and several snack bars. The food was very good and exceptionally varied. One evening we dined at the à la carte Mexican‑cuisine restaurant and left very satisfied with both the dishes and the service; everything tasted delicious and the staff were extremely courteous. The water was crystal clear, so we swam with the fish. The view from the hotel was superb and complemented the lovely atmosphere. On the downside, the room wasn’t cleaned daily and the towels weren’t changed regularly. Waiters were quite slow, sometimes taking 20 minutes just to bring a glass of water or cutlery, and they didn’t seem very welcoming; we often felt like we were bothering them when we called for help, lacking smiles and a friendlier attitude toward guests.
