I liked the flexible self‑check‑in because my flight was delayed. The location near Stazione Centrale was handy. The bed was very soft and uncomfortable, and whenever someone used water it triggered a noisy pump that woke me several times at night. The place feels too expensive for the quality.

There was no reception and the apartment access codes were not given; on arrival the phone was hung up without any explanation. Finally a neighbour called the owner and we got the codes. There was no kettle to boil hot water. Loud drilling noises from 8 am to 7 pm were unpleasant, and Annalisa scolded me for not reporting them. When I did, she said she would handle it, but nothing changed.

The hotel is convenient for a single night because it’s near the train station, making it easy to reach the airport. The noise and the neighborhood are quite rough at night.

The property was easy to access. Communication was efficient and it was clean and comfortable perfect for a quick overnight stay and an early morning departure from the train station
