I loved the central location of this hotel - it was right in the heart of the town, making it easy to explore.
The swimming pool was a highlight for me, providing a great way to cool off in the hot weather

Breakfast was basic, but I liked the fresh fruit—pawpaws and the like. The restaurant was very accommodating, ready to cook whatever you wanted, even if you bought your own veggies or meat. The new management is renovating, but the room I stayed in at the back of the newer building felt very basic; the bathroom lighting needs to be brighter, and they should add hand towels, fresh milk, and water to the fridge for better value.
The hotel was full—no vacancy.
