“Disgusting. Do not waste your money. Go somewhere else.”

I liked the creepy covered bridge beside the property, but the pillows and bed linens smelled sour; we had to remove the pillowcases to sleep, yet the pillows were stained and disgusting. I was embarrassed to have paid for the stay. We almost slept in the car because of the moisture and smell. Someone near our room was smoking cigarettes, adding to the odor. The whole experience was terrible. Housekeeping was still cleaning at 9 PM, a single girl cleaning the whole hotel. The front‑desk guy wore a bonnet that said “let me sleep.” It was the most ghetto hotel I’ve ever been in, zero stars.

“Terrible!”

It’s a convenient spot when we visit family and the hotel is dog friendly. There is no pool and the breakfast every morning is not as advertised; only waffles during the week and eggs, sausage & waffles on the weekends.

It was close to the funeral I was attending. The place smelled of roaches, was dirty, had no pool, and the photos on the website were nothing like the hotel. Blood on sheets, mold in the bathroom—needs a serious remodel.

I just hopped off the highway and the hotel was right there, no hunting around needed. It looked okay from the lobby, but once I climbed the stairs the vibe dropped. The staff count was low, and while some seemed to give it their all, others looked lazy and rushed through the cleaning.

“The absolute worst hotel I’ve ever experienced, DONT BOOK HERE!”

The location was good for what I needed it for. This place was the absolute worst! Three rooms later, the room was filthy. The first two rooms, the connecting doors to the other rooms would not lock. I had to clean the bathroom completely before I could even use it. I was there for 6 days and only seen the house keeper twice. It smelled of dog and cigarette smoke. I found dog food on the floor and in one of the chairs. The washcloths and towels were stained and were brown but were supposed to be white. I had to go to Family Dollar to buy my own bath clothes and shower mat. The comforter was stained also. One of the days leaving out I saw the owner, but I didn’t have time to talk with him. I asked for information to call him the following morning, he agreed. When I returned and asked the front desk, the owner did not leave anything for me. So he could care less. The indoor pool had leafs in it. The refrigerator was gross, so I had to clean it. There was no microwave in the room. The only microwave on site was for public use in the breakfast area. And that was nasty as well. The over night clerk was sleeping on the lobby sofa under a blanket with his shoes off when I was calling up front. There was mold growing underneath the bathroom sink too. I wish I could post more than the four pictures. I have so many more!
