It looked like a small room but it had everything needed for comfort and was very clean. The staff were incredibly kind, helping with bookings, transfers, and future travel plans. I would definitely recommend staying here. It was a bit noisy, but that’s the lively atmosphere of the old town that we were looking for.

Location was very good if you want to stay in Old Quarter. Normally, the check-in time is 2 pm. A day before, I asked the hotel if I can come around 12.00-13.00. They told me that they will help me if the room is available. I went there at 12.30 and they wanted extra money for the early check-in. Also the room that I have booked had 2 queen beds. They said that since I’m travelling alone, they can upgrade my room that has 1 queen bed. I said OK, and they asked another extra amount for that as well. I told that I do not want it, and they said they will upgrade it for free. I said OK, and after I check-in I saw that the room they gave me is VERY small and even does not have any windows. They tricked me. As I was going to stay only for a day I didn’t bother to deal with the hotel again. But this approach of the hotel was terrible. In addition, there were no soap in the room and the pillowcases were not that clean. And the light from the aisle goes in the room as well - also the noises from the other rooms-. The hotel employee was nice, and I’m sure that they were just doing what they are told. They were trying to be helpful. The room was cheap but I wouldn’t recommend it
