I was unhappy with the property after dark because a sign warns that if your card is deactivated you can’t get a new one from the office. The Indian staff member was very rude, smelled like weed and cigarettes, and had an attitude; sometimes he wouldn’t even answer the window. Customer service was terrible—most employees don’t speak English, and the staff at the front desk seem clueless about talking to guests. The family that works there keeps most rooms occupied, so there’s hardly any availability.

The staff were great—fast, friendly, and even when I arrived late they handled me well. I didn’t find anything I disliked.
