The whole experience was excellent. The journey to the hotel is long but totally worth it. The staff were brilliant and nothing felt out of place. Our guides were courteous, helpful, and very engaging, as were the restaurant staff – an unforgettable experience. Nothing to complain about.

From the pickup in Quito to the drop‑off, I felt genuinely cared for and completely looked after. The experience was seamless and personalized, with a wide array of guided activities—hikes, wildlife viewing, canopy adventures, and more—each impeccably organized and thoughtfully coordinated. The rooms were comfortable, the food delicious, and the staff warm, attentive, and truly passionate about making your stay unforgettable. Mashpi isn’t just a hotel; it’s a once‑in‑a‑lifetime experience, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. I can’t think of anything that needs improvement.

The food was outstanding, the staff excellent, and the guides were great. Activities were fantastic and the place wonderful, with a lovely spa. The rooms were a bit small, especially the bathrooms.
