We especially appreciated how kind the staff were and how attentive they were to our needs; the room was spacious and tastefully decorated, and we enjoyed a free transfer to the city center, attractive rates for the airport shuttle, and good prices for certain excursions; everything went well.

Everything was perfect: the staff, the welcome, the restaurant, the pool, the location. Nothing to complain about.

Spacious rooms, nice setting, and very friendly staff!!! Mosquitoes and the distance from the city center were the only downsides.

The staff’s welcome and the rooms were good. The location relative to the city center and the mosquitoes were issues.

We had an early excursion and the staff had prepared lunch boxes for breakfast; I loved that gesture from the hotel. The pool and the decor are amazing.
