The location and welcome were good, but we received little information about the various services available upon arrival.

The location was good, but the rooms on the upper floor had a steep staircase with tiny steps, and the bathrooms were clean enough but the water was always cold. There were no toiletries like soap or shampoo, and the coffee and restaurant options were missing. Overall, it was just average.

The staff were friendly and the room felt nice and authentic. It’s right next to the river, so walking around is easy. Mosquitoes were in the room, but you can always bring mosquito repellent.

The location was good, but overall cleanliness, including the linens, needs to be improved. There was no hot water due to technical problems discovered upon arrival. Fans were present but not working, and the windows were old and lacked insulation.
