The room, which shared a bathroom and kitchen, was very clean and comfortable. We couldn't connect to the Wi‑Fi even though the password was displayed, both in the evening and the next morning.

“Good stay for 1-2 nights”

Everything was great! The self‑check‑in worked, the lockbox code opened and the key was inside. The place was quiet, the toilet and showers were good, and there was a kitchen and a fridge. The room sits on the top floor and the windows can't open fully; with temperatures over +30°C outside, it was extremely hot and the fan barely helped. The kitchen was also hard to use because of the heat.

“Catastrophique, surréaliste par moment , pas drôle du tout !”

Hello, I didn't like anything; I just spent the night outside, luckily it was warm enough to do so, and as a man it would have been really dangerous for a woman alone! When I arrived at the hotel there were four key boxes; I spent three hours trying to open them but nothing worked, even asking people for help didn't help. I called the hotel number but it didn't answer! It was evening, but during the day I tried several times and it still didn't work (no number assigned, it told me on the phone). I even tried calling the people who were passing by and it still didn't work! A serious mistake on the part of this establishment and I finally, around 00:30, asked the owner of the shop across the street, who was passing by, and there were three of them, two young women and a man, the manager of the Textilerei shop confirmed that I wasn't the first to have this problem, and there I confirm that this is an irresponsible establishment that can cause damage because of this major indulgence, already for me to start, and then for your future clients! I add that I wrote them two emails and received no response that day of my trip, where I asked them to call me since their phone doesn't work! And no indication for the key box number since I was in front of four boxes numbered differently, of course! An enigma! And I add that I took the train from northern Germany, at the Danish border, to find myself in such an unimaginable situation, from 10:00 to 23:00 with all the delays from Deutsche Bahn, but arrived at the destination with all these hassles!!! The establishment is incompetent! A catastrophic experience! I wouldn't say it's a scam, but an irresponsibility that should be taken seriously for your future clients, imagine with other people of an older age, then on Saturday night at 23:00, it won't work! An establishment not like a local, outdated and maybe you can understand! And again! The phone didn't work! Mail: doesn't respond! Code: Doesn't work, tried all possible combinations, in one direction or another, nothing, and I even filmed it to show it! I'll send it if you want. Behind all that, I ask to be refunded and to consider your future clients who go through you and trust you!

The location and the spaciousness. Nothing to be honest.

Somewhat close to the train station, everything worked as expected. Reliable overall. No sign on the front door indicating this was the hotel! I had to walk around the block looking for a more obvious entrance, eventually asked a kind lady I passed by where it was. Only then did I find it.
