“Oase in Altstadtnähe mit Pool und Garten”
The modern, bright house with a pool and garden by the canal, a living room on the ground floor with a comfy sofa, a kitchen with a dining area and a side exit to the garden, an extra shower, a bathroom with a sink, toilet and bidet. Upstairs there was a comfortable bed, a wardrobe and an exit to the roof terrace (no furniture). The staircase to the bedroom is relatively steep, and the toilet is on the ground floor.
Everything was excellent! The facilities were lovely, very comfortable and elegant. I would definitely return. 10/10.

A quiet apartment just outside the centre, easy to walk around; it takes about a minute or five to reach Ferrera, a gem of a city that, although smaller, felt much better than the crowded Bologna. Nothing else to note.

The little house was wonderful for us. We loved the river view, the outdoor terrace and garden, and the beautiful house itself with its many large windows. The location was great – just a short walk from the city centre, which was very convenient. The pool could have been a bit cleaner, although that was probably because it was the end of the season.

The house is spread over two floors: the living area downstairs and the sleeping area upstairs. It’s connected to the host’s house, but we felt like we were alone the whole time, and the host was very discreet. Mrs. Elisa is one of the kindest, most available and smiling hosts I’ve ever met, nothing to complain about. We had the option to book an internal covered parking spot, which led to a hallway in front of her entrance and then to the garden. On the right is a patio with a small lounge and night lights facing the pool, which was available for the duration of our stay with a sunbed, lounge chairs and a chaise longue to decorate everything. On the left of the pool is a square garden, hedges and a magnificent hydrangea framing the apartment entrance. Crickets and river waves in the background. The place was fairly quiet, being on an internal street compared to the arrival road. The apartment has a small lounge as soon as you enter with a sofa and satellite TV. A laundry room, a nice kitchen with all comforts. Mrs. Elisa also mentioned that breakfast was offered at Bar Luca, but we didn’t use it because of time. A separate shower from the bathroom and a staircase leading to the upper floor with a double bedroom and four windows, two facing the river, one facing the garden and one facing the terrace. Air conditioning on the upper floor cooled the whole apartment. Facing the river a small table with chairs for sunset dinners. The living room and the apartment were highly appreciated. A cherry on top from Mrs. Elisa. The only advice: for a property like this, screens would be a nice extra service. Also the mattress could be a bit better.
