The lounge area and the building were beautiful, yet the service felt like a two‑star level in a four‑star hotel. We had to search for staff to get a drink or food in the bar area, and even though we paid for breakfast, a hot breakfast required an extra charge.

The venue’s facilities were decent, but we found the rooms lacking toiletries—towels had to be requested, and the bathtub was still present.

Great location very close to the old town centre. Excellent restaurant in the hotel and great breakfast. Quiet location with secure car parking. Nothing met all our expectations
