The building was clean and the staff were friendly, but the cost for my dog—including all the taxes and extra fees—was never explained. My husband and I paid less per person than my well‑trained doodle, who causes no damage or dander, and I’m very disappointed with the city’s tourist tax rate, which seems aimed at deterring repeat visits. Hidden fees were never discussed from the start. BNB’s HOT rules have ruined hotel stays, so I might try camping next time.

There was plenty of space, but the pools were closed after I had confirmed they would be open.

The fire was the highlight of the visit, but I thought breakfast would be continental and even coffee was free; instead I paid 230 dollars for one night and got a room I could have gotten better elsewhere. The pool was closed, so my birthday pool gathering was a waste of time and money for me and my friends.
