The location was good and the staff were friendly. We could leave our luggage after check‑out and shower in the shared bathrooms. On the room with a private bathroom we found mold and a musty smell. The two‑person capsule had a small bed meant more for one person. The bathrooms had no hot water, only lukewarm.

The capsule privacy was good, the bed was fine, and the hostel’s location was very strategic. The bathrooms and toilet were problematic; the facilities were old, looked dirty, had no hot water, and an elevator for guests with heavy luggage would be an improvement.

The location is strategic, close to Stasiun Tugu and the 0 KM point. The room was clean and cool, the staff were friendly, and guests who book here can leave luggage for free even before check‑in. The sink water was warm, but the shower was cold.

I was pleased to find the toilet and shower clean and dry, and the staff even made sure I had bread and milk—simple but thoughtful. I wish they’d install a tap lock on the hallway door and emphasize the quiet rule more strongly, especially since the neighbor can get noisy, particularly the one who comes around dawn.
