The front‑desk staff were rude, and they were not helpful to a handicapped guest.

The staff were very pleasant and friendly. Only issue i had was I paid up front and had a slight change of plans due to work. Since there was a no refund policy I still had to take off work. Don't pay upfront unless you are 100% sure you will be staying
