The hotel sits right in the middle of Quebec City, the bed was comfy, and parking is directly across from the building, though the facilities feel a bit old‑fashioned.

The front desk and dining staff were outstanding, the setting is very pleasant and quiet, the lodge offers a lovely terrace to enjoy, and the accommodation is literally close to Île‑aux‑Coudres – I highly recommend it!

The place is simple but really well located, with convenient paid parking and a nice restaurant across the street, yet the rooms are poorly insulated, so we had to rush through the shower and the hair dryer was broken.

The staff were friendly and the walk‑in shower was great, but the bed in room 10 is positioned so that one side is pressed against the wall.

The room and shared bathroom were very clean, the desk staff were super kind and helpful, and the location is unbeatable for the price. The stairs to the 4th‑floor room were a challenge with luggage, but they warned us ahead of time so it wasn’t a surprise. The bathroom in my room had uneven floors around the toilet, which made me trip and hit my head, so they should consider adding brightly coloured steps for safety.
