The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast varied, of good quality, and with fresh products. The restaurant, present in the property, was a real surprise. We tried almost all dishes, starting with typical Tuscan cuisine and ending with modern, classy creations. The real strength, without taking anything away from the property, is the people we met. Every staff member is extremely professional in their role, from the front‑desk team to the restaurant service. Note, however, that here professionalism is accompanied by friendliness, courtesy, availability, and affability, which coloured our days. Every moment at the hotel was truly pleasant and leaving was really hard. Giuseppe, Helga, Carlotta and their staff are all exceptional!
