היחס של אנשי המלון יוצא מן הכלל. כולם בסבר הפנים, רמת השירות גבוהה ביותר. יחס חם ומקצועי. המלון מאוד יפה, הגינה מטופחת, ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד, מיקום טוב, קרוב לשדה התעופה. ישנה במלון מכונה להחלפת מטבע חוץ - הייתה בה תקלה, התיקון לקח כמה ימים. אבל לא נראה שהדבר היה תלוי בצוות המלון

The linens, bed, and pillows were excellent, and the reception staff were simply perfect—well‑educated, always ready to help, and overall great. I’m grateful to each of them. On the downside, the bathtub leaked badly, the breakfast for a five‑star hotel was sparse, and the tea should have been loose leaf (Greenfield sachets) instead of the current quality.
