“Good location”
The room was spacious with a great view of the submarine, the hotel itself was fairly old, it’s not far from the station and a shopping mall is nearby, breakfast is included and dinner can be bought on site, and it’s reasonably quiet. The downside is that while it’s near the station it’s hard to walk there, especially with luggage; we took a taxi but then had to walk for food, which was risky on a road without a footpath. You can use the railway exit on the hotel side, but you still have to cross the tracks if no train is coming. Being close to the submarine and mall also means crossing the road is dangerous, traffic never stops, and motorbikes are the worst.
The hotel is really old and poorly maintained, the alley smells like cigarettes and feels a bit spooky, and it’s very loud—you can hear traffic because the windows aren’t soundproof.
The location is strategic near the train station. The room design is old‑school.

Nothing. When I tried to check in, the booking was missing even though I had paid in November. It was unbelievably dirty; we wanted a non‑smoking room but everything smelled of smoke, and the beds were so filthy I’d never seen that before.
