I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience with the security personnel at the parking area, who were efficient, polite, and courteous. However, my interaction with the reception staff was somewhat disappointing, as they seemed outdated and not very helpful. When I asked for directions to the ballroom, they seemed unsure, which was quite frustrating, especially since that was the main reason for my visit.
