There is a need of small fridge and some complimentary things like Tea/Coffee/Milk/Sugar sachets. Noisy a bit

Very bad property, the owner gave our confirmed booked rooms to someone else and was asking us to take some smaller room in the same price as the suite room

During my stay, I encountered issues with the service and communication. Unfortunately, the owner's response was not satisfactory, which left a negative impression on my overall experience. Although I had high expectations, the service fell short of my expectations. The lack of effective communication made my stay even more challenging.
