The bed size, view, and facilities were fine, but I couldn’t open the window.

The view was amazing and the shower was great, but the room wasn’t cleaned properly—new coffee, milk, and mugs were missing and our old ones were left on the side.

The place is well situated and the view is nice, but the air conditioning barely worked, making the room stuffy, and the fridge failed to keep anything cold.

The location is excellent, yet the place looks very tired and in need of a complete refresh; the bridge to the car park seems used as storage, the wallpaper is peeling, the lighting is old, the TV screens are small, and the furniture is basic.
