Nothing about this hotel matched the pictures; there’s no elevator, the place feels very unhygienic, and the first room we received was absolutely disgusting; even after moving to another room, the overall experience stayed very disappointing and far below what was advertised.

The staff was really helpful, yet the street is noisy, the windows wouldn’t close properly so it was freezing at night, and the shower was horrible—just two minutes and the whole bathroom flooded.

Breakfast was great, the room was very spacious, the area is nice, and there’s a coffee shop and restaurant in the same building with comfortable big beds, but the shower was warm but not hot and water kept splashing on the floor, reflecting the general condition of the bathroom.

La ubicación es excelente y el personal muy amable, pero pueden mejorar en la limpieza y el extractor en el baño.

The staff were attentive and the hotel was clean, but a few areas could use a makeover.
