The staff were very friendly and our room was clean, yet the hotel was having construction outside and the pool was closed without advance notice when we booked; some areas inside need updating, and the king bed had a topper on it but was still pretty hard.

Very convenient to Civic Center, also very clean and pretty rooms; I loved the walk‑in shower, and Bill the shuttle driver was awesome—he was so friendly and made us feel very safe.

The location was great, and the room was spacious enough to fit our bicycles and still have room to move around. The staff were very friendly, but the shower pressure was weak and the room looked a bit run‑down, needing some updates.
