The location and staff were excellent, yet the hotel had no elevator, reception, or dining area, so we had to go to the neighboring hotel; given the price we paid, I found it very fair.

The room was spotless and right next to the beach, and the staff were really friendly. However, the bathroom had a persistent smell and the toilet drain kept clogging throughout my stay, even after a few repairs, and the breakfast was just average, leaving room for improvement.

I liked the airport transfer service, the varied buffet on the island, the massage and spa treatments, and the reasonably priced activities and tours. What I didn’t like was that the real view in front of the hotel had nothing to do with the pictures on Booking – no palm trees or beaches, just a cluster of restaurants and offices for tours, jet skis, etc., and the room windows weren’t fully sealed, letting heat in.

The hotel is right on the beach, the room was cleaned daily, and the breakfast was good. It seemed a bit abandoned at the entrance, and the reception was actually in the neighboring hotel.
